Returns and Exhange Policy

We will accept returns for faulty goods in accordance with state legislator requirements. If you discover any manufacturer’s fault or defect in your items purchased from us you must contact us within 14 days of when this came to your attention, and returns for faults will not be accepted after a period of time that the product could reasonably have been expected to have been operational (eg: a shampoo that expires will not be accepted once so old they have expired which may be 6 months, whereas an iron might be expected to have a useful life of the warranty period covered by the manufacturer).

The postage to return the goods to us is at your cost, as a customer.
